Add some water, salt, lemon juice and the s´chug (recipe will flollow. With a hand mixer whirl everything as if it was egg white. It should have a soft sticky consistency, not too liquid an not hard. It should be a dip.
If you wish you can add about the same amount of pureed fresh tomatoes, but first try without them.
Eat with Kubbane or with oriental pita. Also very good as spice added i= n large amounts to yemenite soup or even maroccan cous cous.
