Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add basil, peppers, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Serve over cooked and drained pasta.
