2 Tasse | Apples; chopped (2 medium) |
1 1/2 Teelöffel | lemon juice |
1/4 Tasse | Raisins; or snipped pitted whole dates |
2 Esslöffel | Grapes; seedless, green, halved |
2 Esslöffel | celery sliced |
1/4 Tasse | Fat-free mayonnaise; or salad dressing |
1/4 Tasse | Fat-free yogurt; plain |
| Lettuce leaves |
1 Esslöffel | Pecans; or walnuts chopped |
Toss together chopped apple and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in raisins or snipped dates, grapes and celery. For dressing, stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing and yogurt in a small mixing bowl. Fold dressing into apple mixture. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on four salad plates. Spoon salad mixture onto lettuce-line plates. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
