Preheat oven to 300 F. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Melt margarine in a shallow baking pan.
Add bread cubes, toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic salt (* not included in sodium nutrient content).
Bake 20 minutes or until cubes are dry and browned.
Croutons may be stored in an airtight container for salads and soups. Yield 1 1/2 cups.
