Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. For each crepe, butter 8" skillet; heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly. Pour scant 1/4 c. Batter into skillet. Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom of pan. Cook until light brown; turn and brown on other side. Serve with syrup (like pancakes) or fill center with any filling and roll up.
