Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a shallow pan. Marinate overnight, turning pieces occasionally if all the pieces are not submerged in the marinade. Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Remove chicken from marinade and drain. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan and cover with the sauce.
