1 Tasse | sugar |
1 | egg |
1/4 Tasse | milk |
1 Teelöffel | vanilla |
1 3/4 Tasse | flour |
1/3 Tasse | Baking cocoa |
1/2 Teelöffel | Baking soda |
1/2 Teelöffel | salt |

24 gross | Marshmallows -- cut in half |
| Pecan halves -- optional Icing |
1/4 Tasse | butter |
1 1/2 Esslöffel | Baking cocoa |
3 Esslöffel | milk |
1 Tasse | confectioners sugar |
1/2 Teelöffel | vanilla |
Bake: 350
Cookies
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir mixed dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonful = onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 mins. Remove from oven and press a marshmallow half, cut side down, onto each cookie. Return to oven for 3 mins. Cool completely.
Icing
Combine butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, transfer to a small mixing bowl. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla, beat well. Drizzle/spoon over the cooled cookies. Top each with a pecan half, if desired.
