Here is a great cauliflower recipe from Dr. Ornish's Reversing Heart Disease. Blanch cauliflower and plunge into ice water to stop the cooking. Heat the lime juice, vinegar, and chili flakes ina saucepan over medium heat until the flakes have softened. Pour over the cauliflower. Add the garlic, cumin and cilantro. Let marinate at least one hour. Serves 4. 44 calories per serving. 8% fat.
