Tomato sauce, or crushed tomatoes packed in tomato puree
2 Esslöffel
red wine vinegar
2 Esslöffel
chilli powder
1 Teelöffel
Cumin ground
1 Teelöffel
Garlic; fresh chopped
1/2 Teelöffel
salt
1/4 Teelöffel
Cayenne pepper or hot pepper sauce (for spicier sauce)
die Zubereitung:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan or microwave bowl and mix well. Heat the sauce until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 1 minute. Microwave Directions: Combine all ingrdients in microwave bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir, recover and heat again for 1 minute.
Use the sauce immediately as a marinade and baste for baked or grilled chicken, ribs, beef or pork. Or, cool and store in refrigerator for future use.
