Pound skinless boneless chicken Breast halves or thighs

peanut butter crunchy
1/3 Tasse
water boiling

Cut chicken into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Mix remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup. Set oven control to broil. Thread chicken cubes on four 11-inch metal skewers, leaving space between each. Brush chicken with half of the reserved peanut butter mixture.Broil chicken with tops about 4 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until brown. Turn and brush with remaining reserved peanut butter mixture. Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with peanut butter mixture and chopped peanuts if desired. 4 Servings; 215 Calories Per Serving. To Grill: Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 5 inches from medium coals 15 to 25 minutes, turning and brushing with peanut butter mixture, until golden brown.
