Heat oil on medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add pork and sprinkle seasoning mix over pork. Stir fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
Raise heat to high. Add stock and rice. Stir to moisten rice. Cover skillet to bring stock to a full boil. When stock boils, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes until most of the stock is absorbed.
Microwave broccoli on high for 3 minutes to thaw. Stir in broccoli and sour cream until well blended. Serve at once.
