I have a recipe for muffins made with Malt-O-Meal that are pretty good. Definitely filling!

Combine ingredients. Fill muffin cups (or greased muffin pan) 3/4 full. Bake 18 - 20 minutes at 400 degrees. The recipe says it makes 12 muffins, but it actually makes about 8-9, depending on how full you fill your cups. From: Peacekeeper #354 @1509666 Date: 07-03-94
