Mix together crushed Oreos and 1/2 stick butter. Press into 9x11 inch pan. Freeze 30 minutes. Soften ice cream. Spread on frozen cookie mixture and freeze.
Melt together chocolate, stick of butter, sugar, and Pet milk. Bring to a boil while stirring. Boil 4 minutes. Add vanilla. Cool 1 hour. Spread chocolate mixture on top of ice cream and freeze.
