1. Use Canned Pinto Beans. Drain; Reserve Stock For Use In Step 5.
2. Place Beans In Mixer Bowl. Beat At Low Speed Until Mashed. Add Chili Powder And Dehydrated Garlic.
3. Add Cheese, Onions, Hot Sauce, And 1 1/2 Qt Bean Stock. Whip At Medium Speed, Adding More Bean Stock To Obtain Consistency Of Mashed Potatoes.
4. Spread An Equal Quantity Of Bean Mixture In Greased Pans; Bake 30 Minutes. (If Desired. Bean Mixture May Be Fried On Greased Griddle Or In Roasting Pan On Top Of Range).
5. Sprinkle An Equal Quantity Of Cheese Over Bean Mixture In Each Pan And Serve.
