Mix the margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add vanilla. Add sour cream. Add nutmeg, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add flour. Refrigerate for several hours. Roll dough on thinner than 1/4 inch. Cut into desired shapes. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees. We like our cookies frosted with this recipe:
