Cut pork into pieces and fry. Put into an earthenware casserole. Add the chopped beef and chicken cut into pieces. Remove seeds from peppers. Add peppers chopped with thyme and salt. Cover with water and add the cassareep. Stew slowly. Cooked meats can be added each day with additional water and cassareep. If cooked daily the meat does not deteriorate. Cooking time: approx. 4 hours.
