Preheat oven to 350x F. Grease a 9" glass pie plate. In a 2-quart glass bowl, combine 4 Tblsp. Sweet butter and 12 oz. Semisweet chocolate chips. Heat in a microwave oven on high 1 1/14 to 1 3/4 minutes, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in 1/4 c. Dark or amber rum, 2 tsp. Instant coffee powder, 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar, 3 eggs and 1/4 c. Flour. Mix until smooth and well blended. Stir in 1 c. Of coarsely chopped walnuts. Turn batter into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle another 1/2 c. Of chopped walnuts on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed. Pie should still be moist inside. Do not overbake. Let pie cool to room temperature before serving, topped with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
