Eye of Round Roast Beef
Buy an Eye Round Roast Beef..it cooks 20 minutes to the lb at
Season in a baking pan with 2 sliced onions in the bottom of the pan then place roast beef on top of onions...season with - -salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little paprika
sear meat (to keep in juices) in over for 10 minutes at 500 degrees
Lower oven to 350 deg. Add a cup of water to pan (for gravey) and cook meat for 20 minutes per lb (3 lbs at 1 hour for medium meat..2 lbs at 40 minutes for rare meat..etc...)
If when you slice the meat you pour the blood and natural juoces back into the pan with the gravey you got when cooking the meat and then strain out the onions and skim off top of gravey (fat), you have a great natural juice gravey for the meat...
