Melt butter in a heavy 10" skillet (an Iron Spider ) with brown sugar. Prepare dough, using 2 cup biscuit mix and milk. Turn out on floured board. Knead lightly. Roll to rectangle about 8x12". Spread with most of sugar mixture. Roll up jelly roll style and cut in 1" slices. Arrange in same skillet and pour boiling water to barely cover. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes until brown and bubbling. Serve hot or old in cereal or berry bowls. Can serve with cream.
