Blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and basil. Set aside. Combine chicken, wild rice, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blended. Chill, covered 2-3 hours. Just before serving, fold in cashews and grapes if desired. Serves 8 (1 cup servings)
