Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into serving dish and chill for several hours for flavors to blend.
Personal notes: This is mighty handy when you need something different and the cupboard and budget are both low. For extra color, substitute 3 green onions, sliced, for the chopped onion. This goes well on a picnic; it doesn't spoil easily.
