Combine all ingredients - except the M&Ms in a mixing bowl and mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool, break up and toss in M&Ms. Mix well. Store in an airtight container. Keeps several weeks. A perfect ice cream topping. Tastes like a crumbled up oatmeal cookie.
