1 Tasse | raspberries fresh |
1 Tasse | Fresh blueberries blueberries |
1 Tasse | Sliced banana; (about 1 large) |
1 | Carton; (8-oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/4 Tasse | sugar powdered |
1/8 Teelöffel | Cardamon |
1. Wash berries, reserving a few for garnish. Place all fruit in a serving bowl.
2. In small bowl, combine yogurt , powdered sugar and cardamon; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add to fruit; toss gently to mix thoroughly. Spoon into 4 individual dessert dishes; garnish with reserved berries.
Makes 4 (2/3-cup) servings.
This was brought in to me for my lunch treat it was really great.
