Canned green peas; rinsed with cool water for 2 minutes and drained

1/4 Tasse
onion finely chopped

In a food processor, blend peas, mayonnaise and lemon juice until ultra- smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serve with baked tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
