Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add chocolate; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into a bowl; cover and chill 2 hours. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup).
