Herbed Chicken
Zutaten für 6 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
2 Esslöffelmargarine or butter
2 EsslöffelOlive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 Tasseonion finely chopped
1/4 Tasselemon juice
2 EsslöffelWorcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 TeelöffelChopped fresh or 1/2 dr Basil leaves
3/4 TeelöffelChopped fresh or 1/4 ts Dried marjoram leaves
3/4 TeelöffelChopped fresh or 1/4 ts Dried oregano leaves
2 grossCloves Garlic finely chopped
3- to 3-1/2-pound broiler-fryer Chicken, cut up
die Zubereitung:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat margarine and oil in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches, in oven until margarine is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in pan, turning to coat with herb mixture. Arrange chicken pieces skin sides up. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.Turn chicken. Bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear. 6 Servings; 345 Calories Per Serving. To Microwave: Place margarine and oil in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 X 7-1/2 X 2 inches. Microwave uncovered on high 45 to 60 seconds or until margarine is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in dish, turning to coat with herb mixture. Arrange chicken, skin sides up and thickest parts to outside edges, in dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 16 to 20 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until juices run clear.
