Place crackers in a plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin. Transfer to a pie plate or shallow bowl. Stir in caraway seed and pepper. Set aside. Rinse chicken breasts; pat dry. Brush with milk. Roll chicken pieces in crumb mixture, patting to coat both sides, evenly. Place, skin side up, in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven 45 to 55 minutes or until tender.
