Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic & saute for 1 minute, till golden. Add onions & saute for gently for 10 minutes. Add the stock. Bring to a boil.
Add the soy flour with the tomato paste. Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Taste to see if you require more salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.
