Peel the bananas and cut in halves crosswise. Cut each half into six strips.Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add a single layer of banana strips and fry until the edges are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.Repeat with the remaining banana strips.Sprinkle lightly with salt.Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
