1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on/off for 2 minutes on high or until smooth.

This is the site which I got this recipe from. There are many recipes listed in recipe index, which this wasn't one of them, I found this one on the Message Board along with countless others. Only one for Heintz 57 sauce though.
