Combine 3/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 T. honey, 1 tsp. Prepared mustard, 1/2 tsp. Salt, and 1/4 tsp. Pepper in a tightly covered 2-cup container. Shake well. Refrigerate until serving time. Drizzle over salad.
