Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with aluminum foil. Mix cereal, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into milk; roll in cereal mixture until well coated. Place chicken skin sides up in pan; drizzle with melted margarine. Bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour (do not turn chicken). 4 servings.
