Hearty Hungarian Goulash!
Zutaten für 6 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
1 Esslöffeloil
1 1/2 x ca. 450 gBeef cubes (stew beef)
1 Tassewater
8 x ca. 30 gBroad egg noodles
2 Esslöffelall-purpose flour
16 x ca. 30 g(1 can) stewed tomatoes
1 PackungLipton Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 Esslöffelpaprika

Instructions:

In Dutch oven or large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef. Add tomatoes, on soup mix and paprika. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 hours o until beef is tender. Stir in flour and salt blended with water. Bring to boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. To serv arrange goulash over noodles. Microwave Directions: Omit t oil. In 3 quart casserole, combine tomatoes, onion soup mix and paprika. Heat covered 5 minutes or until boiling. Add beef and heat covered at Defrost (30% power) stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Stir in flour a salt blended with water. Heat stirring occasionally, , 7 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Meanwhile, prepare noodles as above and serve.[1-2]
