Mahimahi In Fennel Sauce
Zutaten für 6 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
1 1/2 Pounds mahimahi or other, lean Fish fillets
2 Esslöffelolive oil
2 Esslöffelmargarine or butter
1/2 Tassefennel bulb chopped
1/4 Tasseonion chopped
1/4 Teelöffelsalt
1/8 Teelöffelpepper

Instructions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees. If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pieces. Arrange fish in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 X 7-1/2 X 2 inches. Heat oil and margarine in 1-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute remaining ingredients in oil about 2 minutes. Spoon over fish. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. 6 Servings; 130 Calories Per Serving.To Microwave: Arrange fish fillets, thickest parts to outside edges, in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 X 7-1/2 X 2 inches. Place remaining ingredients in 4-cup microwavable measure. Cover fennel mixture tightly and microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Spoon over fish. Cover fish tightly and microwave 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered 3 minutes.
