Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients except oats, flour and raisins. Stir in oats, flour and raisins. Press dough in ungreased square pan, 8 X 8 X 2 inches. Bake about 25 minutes or until light brown. Cut into about 2-inch squares while warm. 16 Squares; 165 Calories Per Square.
