Wine-And-Cheese-Muffins
Zutaten für 12 Portionen Menge anpassen

2 TasseVariety baking mix
2/3 TasseWhite wine or apple juice
2 Esslöffelvegetable oil
egg
1 TasseShredded swiss, gruyere or Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
2 TeelöffelChopped fresh or, Freeze-dried chives

Instructions:

Delicious served with wine and light foods such as fish and salads. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2-1/2 X 1-1/4 inches, with paper baking cups, or grease entire cups generously. Mix baking mix, wine, oil and egg with fork. Beat vigorously 30 strokes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. 1 Dozen Muffins; 150 Calories Per Muffin.To Microwave: Prepare batter as directed. Spoon batter into 6 paper baking cups in microwavable muffin ring, filling each about three-fourths full. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes, rotating ring 1/4 turn every minute, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (edges of muffins may appear slightly moist). Cool 1 minute; remove from ring. Repeat with remaining batter.
