Combine all ingredients except chicken. Generously coat chicken with hoisin sauce mixture. Place pieces in a glass dish, cover and refridgerate. Reserve any marinade for basting. Let the chicken marinate for several hours but not more than 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish removing excess sauce. Bake for 35-40 mins. Brush with marinade every 10 mins.
