1 1/2 Tasse | graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 Tasse | Butter or margarine, softened to room temp. and halved |
1 Tasse | sugar |
1 | egg |
4 | Bananas, cut in half lengthwise |
8 x ca. 30 g | Can crushed pineapple |
8 x ca. 30 g | Bar cream cheese, softened to room temp. |
1/2 Tasse | nuts chopped |
1 Teelöffel | vanilla |
In a small bowl combine graham cracker and 1/4 c butter, mix well. Press in bottom of 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 5 min. Cool.
In a small bowl combine sugar, eggs, 1/4 c butter and vanilla, beat until smooth. Spread sugar mixture on cooled crumbs.
Place bananas over sugar mixture. Drain pineapple reserving 1/4 c of the juice. Sprinkle pineapple over bananas.
In a small bowl combine reserved pineapple juice and cream cheese, beat until smooth. Spread over pineapple. Top with chopped nuts and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
