Chicken breasts, boneless or bone in
3 EsslöffelInstant rice, uncooked
1/2 TasseCanned green beans, drained
Tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
Small onion, whole or diced
Potato, peeled & diced
Small green pepper, cut into strips
Whole canned mushrooms, drained
1 Teelöffelwater
2 TeelöffelWorcestershire Sauce
3/4 Teelöffelsalt
1/8 Teelöffelpepper
1/8 Teelöffelpaprika
1 EsslöffelMargarine/butter
1/8 Teelöffelbasil
1/8 Teelöffeloregano
optional
1/4 Tassezucchini sliced
1/8 TeelöffelTexas Pete Hot Sauce

Here's something fun to do. Make up complete meals in individual baskets. The ingredients listed are for 1 person, so increase the ingredients for any number of people. Select the cooking temperature that suits you.

Place all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil. Fold the aluminum foil, drug-store fashion to completely seal the foil packets (like they used to seal up individual sandwiches). Place the foil baskets, not touching, in a single layer on cookie sheets.

Variable Baking Chart:

250 degrees for 3-4 hours 325 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours 450 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour

Serve by either placing the aluminum baskets on a plate or remove the ingredients from foil and place on individual plates. Sprinkle each basket with parmesan cheese.

place frozen chicken package in a shallow baking dish. Add 20 to 30 minutes to the baking time listed above.
