1. If using frensh peaches. Immerese in a pot of boiling water and blanch until their skins start to split, about 1 minute. Imediately drain the peaches and cool them under cold running water. Peel off the skins and slice.
2. Place the peaches, raspberries, milk, lemon juice, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender. Process until smooth, 20 to 30 seconds. 3. Pour the shake into four glasses and top each one with 1 tsp of the wheat germ. Variation - Peach-Berry Smoothie...use another type of berry, such as strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries. Substitute 3/4 cup nnfat plain yogurt for the skim milk.
