1. Combine milk and soup. 2a. Conventional: Over medium heat, heat until hot and bubbling, stirring often. 2b. Microwave: Microwave, uncovered, on high, for 5 minutes or until bubbling. Stir half way through cooking. 3. Serve over vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower or carrots. Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
