Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the dressing, preserves, and onion soup. Place they chicken in a 9"x 13" baking pan; pour the dressing mixture over the chicken. Bake for 25 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake for 20 minutes more, or until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains. Serve over hot rice.
