1st day: mix the dry mustard and vinegar (you might want to experiment here); cover and refrigerate. 2nd day: mix eggs and sugar into the above; heat slowly and bring to a boil stirring constantly; cover and refrigerate. 3rd day: add mayo, blend and refrigerate. It's ready to serve. This is nice to have for impromptu get togethers when you'd like to have something on hand to pull out. We eat it while playing cards because the fingers stay clean since the pretzels or bread stix aren't greasy. It is also good on bread and broiled a few minutes. Start With 2 Cups Of Mayo And See If It Needs More Or Not!
