Halibut steaks (3/4 to 1-inch thick each)
8 x ca. 30 g
Fresh Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
2 Teelöffel
balsamic vinegar
2 Teelöffel
Filippo Berio Olive Oil
1 Teelöffel
oregano dried
1/4 Teelöffel
salt

Preheat Grill to medium-high or preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Center one fish on each sheet of aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon one-fourth of mushroom mixture over each fish steak.
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulatio inside packet. Repeat to make 4 packets. Grill 12 to 14 minutes on medium-high in covered grill Or Bake 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
