Sift together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside. Cream together butter, honey, and 2 Tbsp. Milk. Cut butter mixture into flour mixture, using 2 remaining Tbsp. Milk if needed. Using a rolling pin, roll to 1/4 inch thickness between sheets of waxed paper. Remove top sheet of waxed paper; cut into 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 inch square or diamond shapes and place on a dehydrator tray. Dry 4 to 6 hours. Yield: about 4 dozen crackers.
