3 Packung | Unflavored gelatin (3 tb) |
3/4 Tasse | water |
1 Tasse | sugar granulated |
8 x ca. 30 g | cream cheese |
2 Tasse | sour cream |
2 Tasse | Heavy cream (35%) |
1/2 Teelöffel | vanilla |
1 Tasse | raspberries fresh |
1/4 Tasse | sugar granulated |
1/3 Tasse | water |
4 Teelöffel | cornstarch |
1 Tasse | raspberries fresh |
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Heat and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat.
Beat sugar and cream cheese together well. Add gelatin and beat together. Beat in sour cream, heavy cream and vanilla. Pour into 4 cup mold. Chill
For the sauce: Mash 1 cup raspberries with sugar. Put into saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Measure water. Mix in cornstarch. Stir into mashed berries until thickened. Remove from heat. Rub through sieve to remove seeds. Cool throughly. Drizzle over unmolded dessert.
Arrange topping berries on top and around sides.
