Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute, then remove from pan and cool completely.
Now my problem: I made these, and they taste absolutely wonderful!!! However, I could not properly remove them from the pan. If I let them cool the minute on the pan, I needed a chisel and crow bar to remove them. If I removed them from the pan without cooling, they fell apart. Do any of you have a similar recipe? Can you give me any advice on how to use this great recipe and still get cookies that look nice? The flavor of this cookie is really great....they received thumbs up from everyone. However, I'd like to make them pretty-looking as well.
Any helpful hints on how to adapt this recipe would be greatly appreciated.
