1/2 Tasse | Margerine |
1 1/4 Tasse | pretzels crushed |
1/4 Tasse | sugar granulated |
1 Dose | (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk |
1/3 Tasse | Lime juice; (3 limes) |
1 Esslöffel | Tequila |
1 Esslöffel | Triple Sec |
1 Tasse | Whipping cream whipped |
2 Tropfen | Green food coloring; (optional), up to 3 |
I am going to de-lurk and post a recipe I found in a cookbook called " Hookers Slicers and Cookers" by the Royal Palm Country Club In Naples, Florida. I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but it looks yummy!

Melt margerine and add crushed pretzels and sugar; mix well. Press into 9 inch pie plate; chill.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, Triple Sec, and food coloring. Mix well.Fold in whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. Freeze 3 to 4 hours, or until firm. Garnish with lime slices.
