Muddle together sugar, water and bitters in an 8 oz. Old fashioned glass until sugar is dissolved. Add a good-sized ice cube. Decorate with twist of lemon peel, maraschino cherry and slice of orange. Pour in 7 Crown whiskey. Stir gently. Serve with stirrer.
