Preheat oven to 500°F. Dip fish in buttermilk, then in breadcrumbs to coat well. Arrange fillets on a baking sheet, without crowding. Drizzle with butter. Bake in upper third of oven 10-12 minutes, until crusty and golden. Serve with lemon wedges.
